Refund Policy
At 1Cloud AI CRM, we strive to provide the best possible experience. Below is our comprehensive policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our various service tiers.
1. CRM System Subscription
Our core CRM platform is designed to scale with your business.
- Refund Eligibility: You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date (the 1st day of your first billing cycle).
- Cancellations: You may cancel your CRM subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no further charges will be incurred.
- Exclusions: Refund requests made after the 30-day window for the initial subscription are not eligible for a refund.
2. Premium Feature Subscriptions
These include specific add-on services such as WhatsApp API Integration, Unlimited AI Packages, and other premium features (We will explicitly notify you to confirm when you subscribe them in the CRM system).
- Refunds: Subscription fees for premium features are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may cancel these features at any time at the relevate feature page. Access will continue until the end of the paid period.
3. Transactional & Usage-Based Charges
Charges that occur based on your actual activity (pay-as-you-go) are processed in real-time.
- Refunds: All usage-based charges are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Messaging: WhatsApp Marketing/Utility messages, Email notification/marketing blasts, and SMS.
- Telephony: Phone number purchases and phone call charges.
- AI Services: Conversation AI, Voice AI, and Content AI usage.
- Billing: These charges only occur when the services are used. Once the service (e.g., an SMS sent or an AI response generated) has been delivered, the charge is final.
4. 1Cloud AI CRM App Marketplace Policy
Apps are from 3rd party and our CRM system does not guarantee the funcationalities, most of the Apps are free to use, this policy is for the paid apps.
Apps purchased through the CRM App Marketplace are subject to the following terms, adapted from standard marketplace protections:
- App Subscriptions: Unless otherwise specified by the third-party developer, we offer a prorated refund only if you cancel within 3 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Free Trials: If an app offers a free trial, no charges will be billed if you cancel during the trial period. Once the trial ends and the paid subscription begins, no refunds will be granted for that billing cycle.
- One-Time Fee/Lifetime Licenses: Due to the nature of digital assets, no refunds will be granted for one-time purchases unless the product is deemed defective or non-functional upon delivery. In such cases, you must contact 1Cloud AI CRM support within 3 days of purchase.
- Usage-Based Apps: Charges for apps that bill based on execution (e.g., per-action or per-message) are non-refundable. If you believe there is a billing error, you must notify support within 3 days of the charge for an investigation.
- Developer Disputes: For apps that process payments outside of the 1Cloud AI CRM ecosystem, users must contact the developer directly for refund requests.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To cancel a service or request a refund (where eligible), please navigate to your Account Settings > Billing within the 1Cloud AI CRM dashboard, or contact our support team at support@1cloudcrm.com.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within the specific windows mentioned above to be considered.
